Meet Paul Binns: A Neighbor, Business Owner, and Community Champion for Lehi

Paul Binns is proud to call Utah home. Born and raised in Taylorsville, Paul has spent his life building strong roots, a loving family, and a successful career centered on service and community. Now, he’s ready to bring that same dedication to the office of Mayor right here in Lehi.

For over 27 years, Paul has shared life’s journey with his wife, raising two wonderful children and embracing the values of hard work, faith, and family. As the owner and operator of his own insurance agency for 24 years—including the past 8 years right here in Lehi—Paul knows what it means to build a business from the ground up, support local families, and listen to the real needs of real people.

But Paul’s commitment to Lehi goes far beyond business. You’ll find him under the Friday night lights officiating high school football games, on the mic at basketball and baseball events, or in the stands cheering on our incredible student-athletes. Whether volunteering in local HOAs or serving as a board president, Paul has always believed in showing up and giving back.

With deep experience in leadership, a passion for community, and a belief in building a better Lehi for all, Paul Binns is ready to serve. As Mayor, he’ll continue working side-by-side with residents to create a city we’re proud to call home.
